Joanne is a Candian wildlife artist , spending much of her free time over the years in the great outdoors whether running, hiking , cycling or kayaking . Joanne has lived in remote communities in Ontario Alberta and Quebec. This has fostered a keen appreciation for nature and wildlife and a desire to explore the intricate landscape of her subject through color, texture and detail. Joanne has travelled across Canada coast to coast and marvels at the beauty and diversity of the scenery and wildlife which is subsequently expressed in her artistic practice.
